At our cooperative, we believe children thrive when they learn through a play environment that promotes the emotional, social, educational and physical development of each child. We value learning outdoors and quality, meaningful time in nature. We are committed to working towards equitable learning opportunities for all children and embrace diversity and inclusion in the classroom.
Our History
Founded in 1955 by a group of dedicated parents seeking an active role in the preschool education of their children, Community Nursery School continues to nurture and develop the uniqueness of every child that passes through its doors.
